Do you provide custom design services?
Yes, our design team uses PKPM, Tekla, and BIM modeling software to deliver tailored building layouts, section details, structural analysis, and load optimizations matching local codes.
What is the typical lead time?
Manufacturing takes 30 to 45 days. Detail drawings prep takes 1 to 2 weeks. Custom shipping logistics overseas adds another 15 to 35 days depending on the destination port location.
What certifications do your products have?
Our factory bases are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EN 1090 certified. Our welders are AWS qualified, and materials are supplied with factory mill certificates (Q355B/Q235B steel).
Can you ship worldwide?
Yes, we export to over 120 countries, managing container bundling and ocean shipping routes through top shipping lines with complete customs clearance document packaging.
Do you provide installation support?
Yes, every building is supplied with complete CAD erection drawings. We also provide online video training, and can dispatch senior technical supervisors to project sites.
